1. GET OUTSIDE
Our lives are lived in a screen, which equates to about 90% of our lives being lived indoors. Let’s get a change of scenery. There’s no reason that you can’t take that screen and put it in the middle of an awesome park, along a flowing river, or right on the beach. Just be outside. There is no greater gym, or office than the one that surrounds us. Fresh air can improve liver function, enzyme function, and help to relieve stress. So, let’s start 2014 off on the right foot, the foot that takes you outdoors.
