Paired with your favorite dipping sauce, they're the perfect snack or appetizer! \nWhat You'll Need: 2 ripe but firm avocados 1 tsp paprika 1\/2 tsp pink salt 1\/2 tsp black pepper 1 large egg beaten 1 tbsp water 1 tsp unsweetened mustard 1 1\/2 cups of almond meal \nSTEP 1: Preheat the oven to 425F, and line a baking sheet with foil. Slice the avocados in half and carefully remove the pit. Cut each half into three or four slices and set them aside. \nSTEP 2: You'll need two small bowls for the dipping stations. In the first, combine the almond flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. \nSTEP 3: In the second bowl, combine the beaten egg, water, and mustard. \nSTEP 4: Dip the avocado slices into the eggs, then the almond flour. Lay them on the baking sheet. When they're all dipped, bake the avocado fries for 10 to 12 minutes, then flip and bake another 2 to 4 minutes. \nSTEP 5: Pair them with your favorite dipping sauces.
