Be sure to share your photos with us using #QALOfamily! \n\nWhat You'll Need: 1 large sweet potato1 lb of ground grass-fed beef1\/2 tsp Celtic salt1\/4 tsp black pepper1 avocado1\/2 tbsp fresh lime juice1 tbsp olive oil\nStep 1: Preheat the oven to 400F (204C). Wash the sweet potato and cut into 1\/2 inch slices.\nStep 2: Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, lightly coat with olive oil and lay out the sweet potato slices. You will need 12 slices. Bake for 20-25 minute, and be sure to flip halfway through.\nStep 3: In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and pepper.\nStep 4: Form into 6 patties. Heat olive oil or fat of choice in a large skillet over medium heat and add the patties. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side.\nStep 5: In a medium bowl, mash together the avocado and lime juice. Add salt to taste.\nStep 6: Assemble each slider by topping a sweet potato, a burger patty, smashed avocado, and another sweet potato slice. Yum!
