Why the name QALO?

When we first decided to start QALO we wanted to create a name that stood out and was different. We went back and forth for quite a while trying to decide what our name would be. We tried everything from our wives' names, to Fit Ring, to our own names, but nothing really stuck for us. We decided that it would be cool to create a name that represented more than just a word. Naturally, an acronym was a perfect way of doing that. We created a list of words that we felt fit with the brand's identity.

We came up with Quality-Athletics-Love-Outdoors, and as a result we have QALO.

How do you pronounce QALO?

"Kay-Low" 

What are QALO rings made out of?

QALO wedding bands aren't just rubber wedding rings. They are made of a durable, medical-grade silicone. Our new Q2X rings are made from our patent pending Q2X material, which is 10x more resistant to oil, gasoline, and other solvents, than traditional silicone. If you have any question about allergies or irritation please consult your physician.

How does your QALO ship?

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do! If you don’t see the country you need to ship to in the drop down menu when checking out, please contact us and we will look into adding it to the list. Some International orders are subject to additional Customs and Handling fees. QALO is not responsible for any additional fees.

What if my ring doesn't fit?

If you receive your QALO Ring and it does not fit, we make it very easy to make an exchange for the correct size. Check out our QALO Returns page to see how the process works.

Who do we email if we have a question about returns/exchanges?

Please view our QALO Returns page first to have any questions answered. 

Why was my transaction declined?

The problem: The billing information (i.e. The billing address and zip code, the expiration date, security code etc.) is incorrect or not matching with the information that your bank has.

The resolution: Please double check all of the billing information that is entered on our site matches the information associated with your card. Then, head back to our website (QALO.com) and place another order with the correct information and it should process just fine.

You may notice that there are pending charges on your bank account from previous attempts, we ask for your patience as the banks verify that the funds have not been deposited into our account, they will usually fall off in 24-48 hours depending on your banks policy.

Will the ring stretch?

Yes, our QALO rings do stretch, so they are very capable of being slid over large knuckles, etc. They do a very good job of maintaining elasticity, so when they have stretched they should fit nicely back on your finger. 

What is the width of the QALO Rings?

The men's ring is .85cm, and the women's rings are .50 cm.

What if I am a ½ size?

Our suggestion is to purchase the next size up. For instance if you wear a 10.5, choose a size 11 to make sure the ring is not too tight on your finger.  

What if I am allergic to silicone?

Our rings are made up of 100% silicone so there is a chance that it could cause irritation on the skin if you wear a QALO. If you have any concern about a potential allergy to silicone please consult a doctor before wearing QALO.

How is the ring supposed to fit?

QALO Rings are meant to be a comfortable fit. If the ring is too tight on your skin you should try a size up. There is a chance it could cause slight irritation from the friction of the ring against skin, and moisture getting trapped underneath the silicone. We make our exchange process very easy if you would like to try a larger size!

What is your return policy?

Can we only buy QALO online at QALO.com?

You can find QALO rings at an increasing number of retail locations throughout the country. You can use our store locator to find a store near you.

Do you offer customized rings?

As of 2016, we are capable of creating custom engraved rings! For all solid colored rings on our site, you will have the option to add your "Call Sign" to your ring for $9.95.

What if I want to sell QALO at my store/gym?

If you are interested in selling QALO in your store or gym, please complete the form on our Wholesale Page

Do you have safety information regarding testing done on your rings?

We have done safety testing on our QALO Rings, if you would like any further information please ask here and we can provide you with that information.

How do I exchange my ring if I bought it from Amazon or a QALO Retailer?

If you need to exchange a ring purchased from Amazon.com or a QALO retailer, please reach out to our team here. We process all returns through our QALO warehouse, and your replacement will be shipped once we receive and process your return.
