SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Our order processing time is 1-2 business days for all in-stock merchandise. For orders with customization, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for rings to be engraved. Please note that all timelines exclude Saturdays, Sundays and certain Holidays. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse for fulfillment, engraved (if applicable), safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed through the warehouse quickly, so we are unable to make changes once an order is placed. Please ensure the order is correct, such as shipping address and ring size, before completing checkout.

Standard shipping times are as follows:  

  •      • USPS First Class (5-8 Business Days)

  •      • USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  •      • UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days) 

  •      • UPS Second Day Air (2 Business Days) 

  •      • UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day)

International shipping times are as follows: 

  •      • DHL International (5-10 Business Days)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns can be requested up to 30 days from the date your order was marked as “delivered”, while exchanges can be requested up to 60 days from this date. If 30 or 60 days have passed since your order's delivery date, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Exchanges can be made for ring size only. For a change in a ring's color or style, please request store credit to place a new order for your ring.

Please note that we are not able to provide a refund for any customized items. Please contact us if you have any questions.

For all QALO apparel, the product cannot show any signs of wear and tear. Each product is inspected upon return, and if the product  shows signs of wear, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. All decisions made by QALO regarding returned apparel products are final.

For International/APO/FPO returns and exchanges, please contact us for instructions.

THE FOREVER WARRANTY

Since day 1, quality of products and commitment to our customers have been at the core of everything we do. We believe so much in this that we offer a one time, any time warranty on all of our QALO silicone rings and dog ID tags! This policy excludes the QALO QRNT smart ring.

Should your silicone ring or dog ID tag tear, break or stretch, please use our warranty site for your one-time warranty at https://qalo.loopreturns.com/#/, no matter how long it's been. If your order is international, or if you are getting an error, simply email SUPPORT@QALO.com with your order number for assistance.

Please include your full name, email address and original order number in your message. We’ll replace your ring or dog ID tag (for free!) with the same size, color, and customization you originally ordered and get it to you as soon as possible. If the ring or dog ID tag you originally ordered is no longer in stock, we'll work with you to pick a comparable replacement.

And we love your stories as to what happened to your ring or dog ID tag. If you have a great story that goes with the replacement, please share that with us too!

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST. If you send a request outside of our normal business hours, we will respond as quickly as possible. At this time, we need 1-2 business days before first response. We will not be available for support on standard U.S. Holidays. Additional emails will not result in a faster response time.
