Returns & Exchanges

30 Day Refund/60 Day Exchange/1 Year Warranty Policy


Sizing online can be difficult. We are happy to help out with any refunds and exchanges.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date marked “Delivered” on your tracking number, and our exchange policy lasts 60 days from this date. If 30/60 days have passed since delivery, then we can not offer a return or exchange. Please contact us should you have any questions. 

Guidelines for an Exchange or Return
    • For rings, please include the original neoprene bag when sending your ring back. Exchanges can be made for size changes only. 
    • For all apparel, the product cannot show any signs of wear and tear. If the product has been worn or shows signs of wear and tear, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. All decisions made by QALO regarding returned product are final.
    • We are not able to refund Engraved Rings  - instead, we are able to issue store credit via email for the cost of the ring and engraving.
    • We are not able to refund or offer store credit for Mizu Custom Engraved Insulated Bottles. All sales are Final.
    • For International/APO/FPO exchanges please contact us for instructions.


Warranty Policy:

We have a 1-year warranty on all of our QALO rings! This covers breakage and tears. Should your ring have torn or broken, go ahead and contact us. We’ll replace your ring with the same size and color you ordered and get it out to you as soon as possible. And if there’s a great story that goes with the break, please share that with us too!


Shipping Policy:

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandising, and up to 7 days for rings requiring customization. Please note that this excludes Saturday, Sunday and certain Holidays. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, engraved (if applicable), safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Our orders are processed through the warehouse quickly, so if changes need to be made to your order after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

Standard shipping times are as follows:

  • USPS First Class (3-5 Business Days)
  • USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
  • UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days)
  • UPS Second Day Air (2 Business Days)
  • UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day)
