Wearing Your QRNT

The ring should fit securely and comfortably around the base of the finger of your choice with the sensor resting against the palm side. QRNT is water resistant, so it can be worn during showers or shallow swims.

Due to the sensor inside each ring, QRNT fits slightly smaller than a standard ring. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

The Q Score, or Quality of Life Score, is a comprehensive measure of your overall health and well-being. It ranges from 1-100 and combines multiple aspects of your daily life to give you a holistic view of your health status.

The Sleep Score is a measure of your sleep quality based on certain aspects of your sleep pattern. It ranges from 0 to 100, with higher scores indicating better sleep quality.

The Vitality Score is a measure of your overall health and energy level based on your heart rate data. It reflects how well your body is managing stress and recovering from daily activities. A higher score generally indicates better health and resilience.

The Movement Score is a measure of your physical activity level. It reflects how well you're meeting your movement targets and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Located on your home screen, your Daily Snapshot lets you easily view data unique to that day, like sleep and activities.

Log activities whenever you engage in intentional movement. View a live heart rate monitor, elapsed time, step count, and more while you move.
