Director of Enterprise Sales

ABOUT QALO

QALO started as a category-defining silicone ring brand built on one idea: gear tough enough to keep up with an active life, without asking you to take off what matters most. Thirteen years later, that same philosophy — durable, functional, made for real life — is driving QALO's next chapter. With the launch of the smart ring, a subscription-free health-tracking device covering heart rate, blood oxygen, HRV, sleep, and recovery, QALO is repositioning from a lifestyle accessories brand into a health tech and wearables company. We're building the team that will define that brand as we compete for space in wearable health.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Director of Enterprise Sales, you'll act as a force multiplier to our CEO while taking on a growing share of our most important deals and client relationships. This hybrid strategic/customer-facing role suits someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, has real judgment under pressure, and wants to build a company from the ground up. You'll help drive the CEO's active pipeline, represent the company in high-stakes client and partner conversations, and take full ownership of deals as your scope grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build the Enterprise Sales department from the ground up — org design, headcount plan, role definitions, and hiring sequence

  • Serve as a key contributor to the build of the Enterprise Portal: an administrator console with custom dashboards for member and seat management for program engagement and  wellness reporting.

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for Enterprise with a roadmap for expanding into additional verticals (e.g., military/first-responder, affinity groups) as the channel matures.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts from prospecting through close; own quota and revenue targets for the channel

  • Build and manage partnerships with insurance brokers, benefits consultants, and wellness platforms — recruit and enable partners, define referral/reseller economics, and drive introductions into employer benefits and wellness programs

  • Build repeatable sales processes, CRM hygiene, portal analytics, and forecasting/reporting for the channel

  • Represent QALO at relevant trade shows, sponsorship activations, and industry events

  • Report channel performance (bookings, pipeline, margin, portal conversion) to executive leadership

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  •  7–10+ years in B2B/enterprise sales, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership role

  • Track record of building a sales channel or business line from early stage to scale

  • Experience guiding launch of an ordering/quoting portal, an employer-facing wellness or benefits dashboard)

  • Hands-on builder mentality; willing to do the prospecting and closing personally in year one while building the playbook

  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfort with sales reporting/forecasting

  • Excellent communication skills; credible in front of corporate procurement, team front offices, and executive stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA a plus but not required

  • Employer/corporate wellness and/or corporate gifting industry experience a strong plus

  • This is a remote position with a strong preference for east coast applicants.
