Director of Performance Marketing

In 2025, QALO entered wearables with the launch of the QRNT Smart Ring (January) and the second-generation QRNT Slim Ring (September). Over the past six months, QRNT products, and health technology, have become the key driver of our business growth.

QALO is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale paid media efforts across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of day-to-day campaign management, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and performance optimization to drive efficient, profitable growth across QALO’s two product lines: smart wearables and silicone rings

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Brand to shape paid media strategy

  • In the first 6–12 months, build and lead a small team of 2–3 specialists to handle daily channel execution as the business scales

  • This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a leader who thrives on both execution and building scalable capabilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok.

  • Proven track record of profitably managing significant ad spend and driving measurable growth (MER, ROAS, CAC, revenue) for consumer brands.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4, ad platform reporting, and data-driven optimization.
